The Commission Process
Buckle up because this is going to be a lot of information, and I'd like to cover all the bases.
Please read carefully, as this contains important information.

Please do not submit a form if you do not have money in hand. Keep in mind, commissions start at $850 and can range to well beyond $1000.

Please understand that I am not a machine and am just one person. I sadly cannot take every order.

Ordering
Please carefully read through the order form and make sure your commission request fits the requirements. Submitting the form does not guarantee that I will be able to take on your commission, so I kindly ask for your understanding. When I do an open call for commissions, I select a small number of projects based on what best fits my current skill set, style, and availability. If your submission is selected, you will receive an email from me. If you don’t hear back by the stated deadline, please don’t be discouraged—you’re always welcome to submit again during the next open call.

If selected, I will send you a quote, and if you accept, I will send you an invoice via PayPal. You have 7 days to accept the commission and make a 50% payment; otherwise, I will contact the next person.

You are expected to pay at least a 50% deposit up front. I do not accept payment plans.

Shipping is not included in the commission cost and will be charged separately at the end of the commission.

During the commission process, if I fail to hear from you for 7 days, your commission will be put on "pause", and I will give priority to other commissions. If I fail to hear from you for 30 days, your commission will be considered void, and you will only be refunded the portion of work I have not yet completed.

I have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment. If at any point in the commission process your behavior is abusive, your commission will be terminated immediately, with only a refund for the portion of work I have not yet completed. Please respect me and my time, as I do everything I am able to complete your commission in a timely manner. If you cannot respect this, do not commission me.

Additionally, please keep communication with me strictly professional and refrain from asking me personal questions and making small talk. I appreciate your friendliness, but I would like to focus on the commission while we are communicating.

You must be able to speak English to order from me. If you have someone who can translate for you, that is okay. Please do not use Google Translate to communicate with me.

Production
3D Modeling
Once payment has been made, I will begin 3D modeling work. Depending on the current queue, it may not be immediate. I will send you images of the progress I'm making as I'm making it. During this time, you may submit feedback and request revisions.
During this process, you may not share "work-in-progress" images publicly without permission, as unfinished work is not reflective of my abilities.

Near the end of the 3D modeling process, you will be sent a mock faceplate sized to your provided measurements. You are expected to provide images of the faceplate over your face so I can check the proportions. This is so we can ensure proper sizing before proceeding with your commission. Once the model is completed, you will pay the remaining balance before the mask is printed.

Printing
Once I receive final approval from you, the model will be printed. Please allow delays in this process due to cold temperatures (not suitable for printing), material supply issues, or printer malfunctions.

Wig
I try to order wigs as early as possible in the commission process. We will pick from 192 colors, and I will help you choose the most accurate and flattering color based on the references provided. The wigs usually take about 3-4 weeks to arrive, depending on weather and holidays.

Paint
After the mask is printed, it needs sanding, which may take about a week. After this, I will paint it. During colder seasons, the temperatures may not be optimal for painting, so there may be delays until the weather is warm enough.

Makeup
After the paint has dried, I will do the makeup and add the eyes. The eyes are designed during the 3D modeling process. Makeup cannot be altered after it has been done. You can add more makeup, but I cannot remove it without completely starting over the painting process.

Shipping
Once the mask is complete, it will be shipped to you! As of now, the box does not have any kind of logo on it-- it's just a box. Please contact me when you have received your mask. I would love to hear from you.

In the case that your mask arrives damaged, please contact me, and we can discuss options.

Check this page for more information on shipping.

Finally, please try the mask on as soon as possible after you receive it. If it is broken and has been too long, I can do nothing about it due to the time limits for shipping insurance.
